The event itself was great, but unfortunately the race organizers have not sent out awards to any of the 5K winners (not sure about the 8mile race) and won't respond to emails, so the post race follow through has been disappointing.

3 Mile is now a certified 5K

Beginning in 2009, the 3 mile fun run/walk will be a certified 5K race. Participants will have the option of being timed or untimed. All timed participants will begin at 9am followed by the untimed at 9:15. There will be a timing fee of $5.00.
