DRC Runners!

Hello DRC Training Participants!   What a great race today!  I enjoyed seeing all the DRC Training Participants out on the course. I have a lot more fun screaming at the finish line "Come ON, Finish Strong" At runners I know. :)  

Few things this week:  

9-11 Thursday Night Freedom Run 5k downtown dallas. A few of us will be meeting at Mockingbird Station and taking the Dart Rail around 5:30. Email me if you would like to join us. http://www.thefreedomrun.com/  

9-14 DRC Picnic see www.dallasrunningclub.com for more details. We will have hotdogs, burgers, beer, margaritas and a Bounce House for the kids. I'm most excited about the Bounce House for some reason. Please be sure to sign up on line this week.
