Congratulations to your long run Saturday, this was the longest many of you have ever run. 

The next two weeks are cut back weeks. This Saturday both groups are running 5 miles. We will meet at the park 5:45AM. 

We are planning a running swap meet after the run on November 21. Think of things you would like to exchange for something else. For example if you have bought a running water belt that didn't work out for you, someone else may like it.
