Anybody training in San Antonio for the White Rock?

Hello out there,

I'm relatively new to the San Antonio area, I moved to Randolph AFB in Feb 08, my family joined me in June. I was wondering if any of you are training nearby. I found McAllister park this morning and got 14 miles in on the "blue" trail there. I'm using the Phitz 18/55 plan and my goal is a 3:20 BQ. Anyway just seeing who is out there and figuring out how this blog thing works. I'm not even sure where this will go once I post it. See ya later.

Hi Pete, I used to live in San Antonio, and I know Run Gear Run has some groups training for the San Antonio Rock n Roll Marathon. I believe they also have group runs on Saturday. The store is located at Stone Oak and 1604. I'd also check out Roger Soler's in Helotes. I think they have group runs too.
