Tucson Galloway Group Run September 5

Hello,  

Time to increase the milage again. This week marathoners run 11.2 miles and the half marathoners 6.2 miles. Both groups will do the "large loop" together, the marathoners will add a second "small loop". 

Please let me know if you are training for a time goal, it is time to start to add miles to the long runs! You need to add 1-2 miles on the long runs weekends, bulding up to 3 miles more than the "to finish" program. The cut back weeks will be the same for both the "to finish" and "time goal" groups.   

Enjoy your Saturday runs with your new running friends. If you are to tired to talk you are running to fast! Remember, you should run 2 minutes per mile slower than you can run the same distance that day.
