Shannon Jordan

I am a former cross country runner turned marathoner.  I have recently (in the last few years) added cycling to my workouts.  I enjoy long long runs and rides.  I do bike rallies 100k +.  I have a Master's degree in exercise physiology and am currently working on my PhD in ex phys.  I am also a USATF Level I coach.
