Good morning,  I understand your ignored.  What happened?  Did it happen when we ran last Saturday?  We missed you yesterday.  Tammi ran w/ us and we got in trouble for a bit fast. Our fastest was 8:15 and normal average was around 12.  You will gone this coming weekend also,  let me know if you want to run sometime, I will.  Take care and let me know if I can do something for you.  Lynn

I never did get the other reply--lost in cyberspace I guess.  From my end, I can see your comment if I look on YOUR comment wall, but not on mine.  I just did this as a reply and the same thing happened--appeared on my comment wall, but not yours.  I suspect the reply function is not working correctly.

I was looking at our training program--I'm doing the plan just for finishing the marathon, and in that the weekday runs stay at 30 minutes.  In the time training for marathon, that's where the weekday runs increase to 40-45 minutes--could you be following that instead?
