Right now i can do about 4 then my leg feels like it wants to hurt.. its taking me some time but i am getting there..
Well depending on what class you need to take. The beginner class starts the first week of May.. and i believe its for 6 weeks?? Then there is a class right after that in June and that class gets you ready for the Marathon.. I am going to start in the beginners class and go from there.. You should check into it.. last year i tried to train by my self and i just couldnt do it... i did fine until it got to hot and since i didnt have anyone that relied on me, i just didnt put any effort into it.
That is my goal this year too.. I am going to start running with Run On this summer so hopefully that will help me out alot.. I used to hate running to until i realized how much i needed it.. It releaves so much stress and it clears my mind.. plus after a good run i feel so good.. Do you run alone or with a team?
I am actually just getting back into running.. i hurt my leg a while ago so i am slowly running again.. I actually did the Mud Run a few weeks ago and that was really fun.. what about you??

yeah those winds and the cold were awful...my bones and muscles were hurting before we even started...what distance/races do you usually run?
