I REALLY appreciate your coaching and motivation. I will look for you at the lake Sunday. I am meeting some other gals for road biking. We will try not to scream too loud at you (On your left!).

Good run today!  We saw a snake on the side of the  trail right before the  Mockingbird bridge, did you guys see it??
