About Hari

I have been running since September 2006.  I mostly run by myself, so it is a welcome change to run with a group.  My family is supportive of my running.  I am excited that my wife has also started taking an interest in running.

My only wish is that I had started running 10 years ago :-)

I am looking forward to another exciting Dallas Half and the White Rock marathon.

Lisa,  Thanks.  It was definitely hot and tough and I ran with cramps for the last mile and a half.  I am still sore today :-)  But I am happy to have broken the 2hr barrier.  Great job to you also for setting an incredible time under the tough conditions.

Nice race yesterday, Hari!  You got under 2 on a pretty tough day if you ask me!  Congrats!!

Linda,  Thanks.  I decided to try running at what I think would be the marathon pace (I wish).  I decided not to push myself and end up with calf cramps like I did during the breakfast bash.

Overall I enjoyed this race very much and will put it on my calender.  My wife would love to do this race next year (10K).  She wished she could be there after I told her that I had Paciugo's Gelatto, an Einstein's bagel, a chocolate chip cookie, a sweet leaf tea, and starbucks coffee.

By the Kyle is superfast these days.  I predict a Boston appearance very soon........

Lucy

It was a great workout.  I am feeling good today in terms of no muscle aches, surpisingly.  I can say that I had a very good sleep last night.  Thanks for sharing details for this workout session.  It is worth it.  I will find out this evening how I hold up in the workout :-)

I hope you're not too sore from speed training! Glad you came out :)
