didn't actually do any runs for the 4 days i was in austin!  i was so bad... and boy could i tell on my run today.  but the 3 days of great music was so worth it - i'll just work a little harder this week to get back in the groove!  hope the 15 mile run i missed saturday was a good one.  see you this saturday for the 16?
