Hey Mel...I don't know a podiatrist...but that is a bummer that your foot hurts so bad. Maybe it is the shoes that you are wearing? Just a thought. There are some folks doing the Freedom Run this Thursday and then heading to HOB for dinner. You're welcome to join if you are feeling it. Are you still planning on running the Tour de Fleur? hey, trainings goin' alright. I hurt my knee 2 weeks ago so I have been taking it real easy. I want to cross the finish line and I can't do that if I can't walk! What bout you? You're doin' the marathon too?! Dang! Do you train w/ the DRC? I was talking to Bryan Crabb and he was saying a few people run every Wedn 7pm and Sat 7am. I'm thinkin' bout goin' out

Top Golf rocks. We played three games on Sunday and I beat Gregg 2-1. We should get a group out there one Saturday night...we can replenish the lost carbs with a few buckets of beer.
Great run this weekend! Only 6 miles this weekend...should be a cake walk.
