I was hoping a sub 1:30 and was doing good up untill mile 10 1:09, but them Hills on the last 3 miles also got me good, last 5K was 22:41, so you were right behind me WOW Congrats!! that was a great run ,, 135 overall and 5th on my AG

Thats very good! Congrats! What position did you finish in your AG? I ran 1:33:34...1ST AG was hoping for around  1:31 but the hills were too steep for me!

Nice 5k yesterday. You ran under 21 min and were second overall. You still got it girl!! How're those hamstrings? :-)
