Run On Guy Paul

Howdy, I'm Paul.  I am a store manager for Run On and a member of The North Texas Trail Runners.  I have been running off and on since I was in elementary.  I ran track for the first time in fifth grade.  I am a trail running enthusiast and enthusiast of running and fitness in general running everything from the 800m in track to a 200 mile relay in Colorado and a marathon.  I hope to run well at the Rock N Roll San Antonio Marathon in November.  I managed Run On Dallas for the last 18 months and will now be store manager at Run On Richardson.  I have been with Run On for four years.  I love the running community, talking about running, learning more about running, nutrition, health and people.  Aside from running I enjoy time with my family, a wide variety of music,  cooking, art, reading, being open-minded and the company of good people.  Drop a line and say hello.  I am happy to offer advice on running products, training, injuries and running in general.  If I don't know the answer I will do my best to point you in the right direction.  The answer to some questions is a matter of opinion and perception so please keep that in mind :)  Happy running and I'll see you on the trails!
