I am working on looking and feeling better than my picture of a few years ago.  Oops, many years ago!!!  I started running about 3 years ago with my son,  but really became serious about training last year.  I started with 5K's then I completed the Big D Half marathon in 2006.  Presently training for the White Rock 1/2 Marathon in December 2008 and Cow Town Full Marathon - Forth Worth in 2009.  Runner For Life!!!!
