Thanks for a great race. This was my first, but I can't imagine a better organized event. I know you worked very hard, and I really appreciate your effort.

Hey Libby, you put on a fabulous show, er half marathon! I enjoyed myself immensely. Out of the 7 or 8 half marathons I've run this has been the best by far. People said something about hills and heat, but I noticed neither :-). Post race was marred by a situation that was unexpected and unpreventable. Three people were hit by a car crossing Northwest highway. At least one of the people was wearing a runner's bib. I did not recognize any of them and may our prayers be with them...

really witty, Libby. You had me fooled, though I wondered why an animate one wouldn't just scamper. While I'm at it, thanks for the picnic and for all your hard work as DRC president.
