Working on an MBA at The University of Dallas ;-) School/Work background is in Pediatric and Adult Clinical Nutrition.

Avid reader, love yoga (although the various 65+ year old ladies at my studio seem to whoop my butt each class for some reason), played guitar since about 12 years old (although my air guitar skills far surpass my real playing abilities...)

Most of all... Just thankful for the chance to stay active and healthy... every day on the road or in the pool is a blessing!

Thanks for the photo feedback.  The police are in the background adds some flavor.  By the way, great profile description.   I've decided to move to the 9:30 pace group on Sunday's.  I'll miss the 10:00 group for sure, but I want to run closer to the pace groups I run with during the week.

Yah, we are undergoing serious website reconstruction right now - it needed help bad!  We've got lots coming up - Texasman this weekend, Stonebridge on the 28th, the Blackland and Hi Fi in October, and possibly the Monster for those who don't make Hi Fi.  We're also all doing the DRC half and White Rock (just for fun).  You going to be at any of those tri's?
