I surprised myself and actually ran the DRC Half this past November. Every long run was a new record distance for me. Now I am thinking I will run the White Rock Marathon in December...we'll see what happens :)

Aww...I want to, I'm just lazy. I've still only been running three miles at a time. Maybe the next "social" run. I miss you guys!

Hi Pat! Not sure yet about the injury. I haven't gone more than 3 miles since I had to stop training. Although I just read we're running 7 next Saturday. I better get moving. I suppose I'll test it out before then. The pain usually starts around mile 4...I'm kind of scared.
How are the injuries healing??
Ms Patty, I'd be honored to start Big D with you if you do sign up for it. Thanx for being on the WRM path to cheer the runners. Needed a friendly face at that point. I've signed up for spring and am just trying t to get healthty now. Don't want a repeat of my brutal fall experience.

Patty, sorry to hear about the injury. I myself am a borderline case, and keeping my fingers crossed about WRM. Wish you a quick and solid recovery.
Patty, good luck to u in the marathon at white rock, if u decided to run it. I was hoping, and like u, i had knee issues, tendonitis in my left knee, forced my to withdraw from the route66 marathon, and was hoping to run the dallas white rock too. But, thinking i'll be able to run cowtown again, knee is better, ran a 7.75 leg of a relay last week, didn't bother me, hope u've recovered, good luck.
