I'm a graduate English lit. student at UNT, transferring to Hawaii this fall.  I race with the UNT Tri Team and Cycling Club, and run 5 and 10K's on my own time (when I'm not busy being injured...).  I currently train with Playtri, and I have an awesome coach who constantly gives me a hard time, but, more importantly, is making me much faster.  I currently work as a supplemental instructor for lower level math at UNT, which is unusual, because I don't really like math, but the students are great, the hours are flexible, and it pays really well.  So I can't complain... too much.  Aside from multi-sport, things I enjoy doing in my abundant spare time as a graduate student working to bills include: backpacking, reading, playing guitar, traveling, going out with friends from my team, etc.  And I mentor the coolest girl ever at Denton High School.  My race goals for the spring/summer are Collegiate Nationals in April (hoping to be competitive), and the Buffalo Springs 70.3 in June (hoping to finish).

So how was Chicago? Did you survive? We had a co-worker who had to be hospitalized because of the conditions and I've heard mixed reactions from others. What did you think of it?

Howdy Morgan, how is your week going? I can't get the UNT tri team's website up.  Do they have any events coming up?
