About Stacy Dreyfus
I have worked in the hotel and hospitality industry in New York City and relocated to Chicago in 2005. My former companies include Le Parker Meridien, Ian Schrager Hotels and Hotel Gansevoort. While working for Ian Schrager, I was dedicated to the opening of the stylish Hudson Hotel, and subsequently launched the New York Global Sales Office for Ian Schrager Hotels. I held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at Hotel Gansevoort in Manhattan. Currently, I am in my third successful year of my own boutique sales, marketing & partnership agency, Orchid Worldwide. My company has offices in New York City & Chicago and is currently marketing Winvian, Kamalame Cay, Pure Escapes in Kauai, Maui, Jackson Hole, along with various other clients such as BlackBook Magazine and Boutique Hotels & Resorts International. Stacy holds a B.A. in Travel and Tourism from Clemson University. Ms. Dreyfus is currently the President of (Y.E.S!) in Chicago, a newly formed volunteer branch of Dress for Success which assists economically disadvantaged women transitioning from unemployment to self-sufficiency by providing clothing, confidence boosts and career development. On a side note...I just ran the 1/2 marathon this past weekend with almost no training (no smart!) So, I am ready to start being "smart" & training & working up to more running & other fun events.
